This restaurant never fails in delivering quality food with the most amazing taste, having come from middle east, this is the most authentic taste of the middle eastern cuisine. Here are photos of family platter i had ordered for my family today and the taste is just second to none. 1001 nights, the neighborhood super restaurant always at service for satisfaction. Kudos!

Been coming here since 2016. Ive moved to Mississauga and whenever I come to Kitchener to visit family, this is my go to spot. Their food hits the spot every time! The quality is the same. Fresh and delicious. Theres lots of shawarma spots in Sauga, but 1001 nights is a top for ne. Its hard to find a spot that is still consistently good. I had a Gyro platter and it was nostalgic to me. Throw back to when I used to live up the street from this place 10 years ago..

⭐️⭐️½ We’ve been regular customers at 1001 Nights Shawarma and have always come back because the food is usually flavorful and well made. The shawarma has a nice taste, the salads are generally fresh, and the overall quality is what made this one of our go-to spots. The staff are also friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience pleasant. Unfortunately, our most recent visit was disappointing, mainly due to portion size and value. We ordered a Sunday deal platter, and the portions were noticeably small for the price. The chicken portion was especially lacking, which is frustrating because when you order a platter, you really expect it to be generous on the protein. You hope for nicely seasoned, well-prepared chicken, but this time it felt minimal and underwhelming. Another letdown was the garlic potatoes. They were essentially just plain potatoes with little to no garlic flavor, which took away from what is usually a highlight side. For a restaurant known for bold Middle Eastern flavors, this felt like a missed opportunity. It’s disappointing because the food still tastes good, but the reduced portions and inconsistency make it hard to justify the price, especially for returning customers. Friendly service definitely helps, but value and portion size matter just as much. With more generous servings and better consistency, this place could easily regain its strong reputation.

1001 Night Shawarma is easily one of the best shawarma spots around! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and the portions are huge. The chicken shawarma and garlic sauce are unbeatable. What really stands out is the service — the staff are super friendly and always happy to customize orders just the way you like them. They even helped me out with catering on short notice, and everything turned out perfect! Clean place, quick service, and amazing food every single time. Highly recommend!

We were absolutely blown away by our experience with this restaurant! Yesterday, we picked up a massive order to feed 50 people, and not only was it perfectly prepared—it felt like we received even more than expected. There was plenty of food, with generous portions and leftovers to spare, which was amazing! They even let us borrow their cart to leave it off at our cat so we didn't have to go back and forth. The service was exceptional—warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. We truly appreciated the detailed instructions provided to keep everything warm and fresh without drying out. And the food… wow. The flavors were outstanding! Every single dish was a hit with our guests, and the garlic sauce and hummus were huge crowd-pleasers. Everything was delicious, fresh, and beautifully seasoned. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We will definitely be coming back to enjoy the food here!
